Canary Islands

March 2nd, 2014

I’ve been to the Canary Islands a lot recently, both for a belated honeymoon and on duty. Here is a selection of photos from my holidays and job.

Serious posts to assist aspiring cadet pilots with their interview processes are on the way still.

Lanzarote

January 1st, 2014

A change from the stream of Alicante flights. I had a trip out to Lanzarote, also planning on a delayed honeymoon in the middle of January to the same place.

The Repetitive Alicante Recurrence

December 17th, 2013

It seems the winter is a quiet one. I haven’t posted because I haven’t flown but I do have some more technical posts which may be of interest to prospective pilots and/or nerds.

I had forgotten that the theme of my last post was visiting Alicante repeatedly, no prizes for guessing where I went today.

It was a morning flight though.

The Alicante Recurrance

October 21st, 2013

I’ve been seeing a lot of Alicante recently. Spanish ATC is gradually being privatised, there is an excellent lady from Yorkshire on the tower sometimes. Hearing Spanish in a Yorkshire accent is something to put on your bucket list.
